In Switzerland, employers have the option to contribute to their employees’ leisure and holidays budgets through financial contributions, with an attractive tax benefit. Up to CHF 600.- per year per employee can be fully exempt from social security contributions and taxes.
You thus support the purchasing power of your employees while optimizing your remuneration policy.
To benefit from this offer, employees must first make a personal contribution. They choose the amount they wish to spend on their leisure time, within the limits set by your company. You contribute up to 20% of this amount, offering them a discount on their contribution. The total amount is paid into their Swibeco Card.
Examples: You want to offer the maximum subsidy of CHF 600.-/year per employee. Sara wants to allocate a total budget of CHF 3’000.- for leisure. You contribute 20%. As a result, Sara pays CHF 2’400.- and your company CHF 600.-.
Another employee, Marc, wants to allocate a total budget of CHF 2’000.- for leisure. You contribute 20%. This time, Marc pays CHF 1’600.- and your company CHF 400.-.
