What are Swipoints ?
Swipoints are credits you can use as a payment method on the Swibeco platform (10 Swipoints = CHF 1.-).
Your employer offers them as a gift, reward, within the Flexible Benefits programme, or as instant cashback on eligible offers.
You can pay all or part of your purchases with Swipoints.
Important : you can use Swibeco with or without Swipoints. Pay fully with Swipoints, only with your bank card or Twint, or combine both depending on your available balance.

How to get Swipoints
1 – Employer offer
Your company gives you Swipoints as a gift, reward or specific budget.
2 – Instant cashback
When buying a voucher from a cashback partner brand, you receive the discount amount immediately as Swipoints.

Instant cashback
Instant cashback is credited as Swipoints right after you buy a voucher from partners such as Coop, Interdiscount, Fust or Ticketcorner.
The credit is automatically added to your Swibeco account right after your purchase – no action needed.
You can check your Swipoints balance and history anytime in your profile. These Swipoints are immediately available to pay all or part of your next purchase, combined with card or Twint if needed.
Instant cashback is valid for 2 years with no earning limit, giving you exclusive discounts on new partner brands.
How to use Swipoints
Log in to Swibeco, choose your offer and activate the filter on the left to show offers payable with Swipoints.
Generally, all vouchers and products sold directly on Swibeco accept Swipoints. However, they cannot be used for promo codes or similar offers.
Add items to your basket and proceed to checkout. You can use your Swipoints partially or fully at this stage.
Where to find your Swipoints
Your Swipoints balance is visible directly on Swibeco by clicking your profile icon at the top right. In the Swibeco mobile app, check under “Wallet” to see your current balance, full transaction history and expiry dates if applicable.
