How it works

Use this amount freely on the platform, such as with TWINT, VISA or Mastercard.

My Swibeco credit and Gift are used like a classic payment method, can be combined with other payment methods and are valid on all offers with permanent discounts.

FAQ – All the answers to your questions about the evolution of Swipoints

The term Swipoints is being discontinued, and they will be entirely allocated between My Swibeco Credit and Gifts based on their origin. You therefore lose nothing: your existing balances remain available in a simpler and more flexible format.

Your employer may offer you a gift amount on the occasion of a special event (birthday, anniversary, achievement, celebration, etc.). This amount is credited directly to your Swibeco account under the Gifts section.

You can boost your credit by taking advantage of cashback offers on the platform or by winning prizes in Swibeco competitions.

This credit can then be used as a standard payment method on the platform, just like TWINT, VISA, or Mastercard. It cannot be requested as a cash payment.

Check your balances and transactions at any time in the My Account section on the platform or via the Swibeco mobile app (Apple Store and Google Play).

You will also receive a quarterly report detailing the benefits offered by your employer.

My Swibeco credit is used like a classic payment method on the platform, combinable with other payment methods (TWINT, VISA, Mastercard), to take advantage of exclusive discounts.

When you leave your employer, access to the offers and discounts platform is deactivated, you will no longer have access to the Gifts and My Swibeco credit amounts.

Cashback is an amount you receive for every purchase made through Swibeco at certain partner brands (mentioned in the partner’s description). This amount is credited to your Swibeco account .

No, all your Swipoints are automatically converted into My Swibeco credit or Gifts . You keep 100% of your assets.

The Gift amount can be used on physical products and vouchers as a classic payment method on the platform, combinable with other payment methods (TWINT, VISA, Mastercard).

Until now, your Swipoints worked on the basis of CHF 1.- = 10 Swipoints. With the new system, your budgets are directly expressed in francs: CHF 1.- of credit corresponds to CHF 1.- of Gifts or My Swibeco Credit. This simplification makes your budgets easier to understand and use.
