What is My Swibeco credit?
My Swibeco credit is a budget you can use as a payment method on the Swibeco platform. It can be combined with standard payment methods: TWINT, VISA, and Mastercard.
Important : You do not need to have money in My Swibeco credit to use the platform. All other payment methods listed above can be used to pay all or part of your purchases.
How to get an amount in My Swibeco credit?
There are two ways to get My Swibeco credit:
By taking advantage of cashback offers available on the Swibeco platform
If you purchase a voucher from a brand that offers cashback, the discount amount is immediately credited to you as money in My Swibeco credit.
You can activate a filter on the left side of the screen to display only cashback offers.
By participating in Swibeco contests
We regularly offer games and contests on the platform. If you are lucky to win, the prize will be paid in the form of My Swibeco credit so you can treat yourself on the platform.

Using My Swibeco credit
To use your My Swibeco credit budget, log in to the Swibeco platform and go to the offer of your choice.
Generally, all vouchers and products sold on Swibeco accept My Swibeco credit. However, it cannot be used for promotional codes or similar offers.
Simply add what you want to your cart and proceed to checkout. At this stage, you will have the option to use My Swibeco credit, in part or in full.
Cashback is valid for 2 years with no maximum gain limit.
Where to see your My Swibeco credit balance?
Your My Swibeco credit balance is visible directly on the Swibeco platform by clicking on the profile icon at the top right of the screen. You can also check it in the Wallet tab of the Swibeco mobile app.
You will find not only your current balance but also the complete history of your credits and debits, as well as the associated expiration dates, if applicable.
