WHAT ARE SWIPOINTS?

Swipoints can be used as a payment method for purchases on the Swibeco platform. Value: CHF 1.-  = 10 Swipoints. Swipoints are offered by employers as rewards or gifts to their employees. These 100% tax-free points can be used to pay for a wide range of benefits, according to the needs and desires of each individual. If the balance of Swipoints is insufficient for a purchase on the Swibeco platform, the standard payment methods (Visa, Mastercard and Twint) can be used in addition to Swipoints. IMPORTANT: it is not necessary to have a Swipoints credit to pay for transactions on the Swibeco platform.  

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A. Receive Swipoints

Your RH department orders Swipoints on the Swibeco platform and offers them to employees for specific events (Christmas, birthday, incentive, etc).

B. Spend Swipoints

All purchases made directly on the Swibeco platform can be paid – totally or partially – with Swipoints. Deals that can be purchased with points are marked with a blue Swipoints icon.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LEAVE MY EMPLOYER?

Swipoints will be credited to your Swibeco account for as long as the employment relationship with your employer lasts. They have no expiry date. However, if you decide to leave your employer, we recommend that you use up all your Swipoints before the end of your contractual relationship. After this date, Swipoints can no longer be used and will be transferred to your employer.
