That’s normal but this was before the immediate cashback from Swibeco. This saving method is instant and can be used flexibly on the Swibeco platform.
2. Can I withdraw my immediate cashback?
Immediate cashback cannot be withdrawn but used flexibly on all deals from Swibeco partner brands except on discount codes.
3. Do I need to change my habits?
It doesn’t change anything if you buy from partner brands that do not offer immediate cashback. Nevertheless, if you buy vouchers with immediate cashback, you will get your discount immediately in the form of Swipoints* after your first order instead of having it directly applied to it.
4. Why does Swibeco offer immediate cashback?
Immediate Cashback has been introduced to make it possible for you to enjoy discounts at new partner brands that would not have been possible to access otherwise.
5. Is there a limit on how much immediate cashback I can earn?
No, there is no limit.
6. Is there an expiration date on immediate cashback?
Immediate cashback can be used within 2 years after receiving it.
7. Can I combine immediate cashback with other promotions or discounts?
Yes, you can use your immediate cashback on all products you can purchase on the platform except on discount codes.
8. When and how is immediate cashback credited?
Your Cashback is credited in the form of Swipoints* immediately after your order. You can use it straight away on your next purchase.
9. How do I track or monitor my cashback balance?
You can find your Swipoints* balance in your Swipoints History, which can be accessed through your Swibeco profile clicking on the top right.
10. How can I use my immediate cashback?
While at checkout, you can a) use the whole amount of Swipoints* to pay your purchase or b) choose the amount of Swipoints you would like to pay your purchase with and pay the rest by credit card or twint if desired.
11. Do I need to initiate a process to receive the cashback?
When purchasing from brands that have the cashback option on Swibeco, the cashback will be paid out automatically and immediately after your purchase. No further actions are necessary.
12. I’m a Freemium User: Why do I no longer see some offers or how do I get access to the new immediate cashback offer?
